Embracing the Essence of
Animals

After the untimely death of my precious cat and darling little soul buddy, Dixie, I started painting cats in the hope that I could, one day, paint one of her that would capture her cuteness and sassyness, and make me feel good every time I looked at it.
I still haven’t done one of her yet (although I have one sketched!) but LOVE painting your buddies instead!

Please contact me if you would like to discuss one of the paintings on my website that hasn’t found its forever home, or if you would like to talk about getting your fur-baby captured on canvas - I would love to do this for you!

Cheers!

How to Commission a Painting

If you would like to commission a painting of your (or a loved one's) pet, please email me 2-3-4 (or more) clear, light and high resolution photographs. It is important to have good quality photographs so that I am able to see the detail in your fur baby’s features and therefore achieve the best results. At least one ‘full frontal’ (either sitting or standing) photo is ideally included in those photos please. It can also help for colour matching purposes and other details.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I start your painting. There can sometimes be a waiting list, but I will give you an idea of the completion date for your painting when you contact me. Please order well in advance if you would like to give the painting as a gift. On completion of the painting, I will email you a photo of it. Once you have seen this and have confirmed via email that you are happy with it, then the rest of the payment is due and can be made securely online by direct bank transfer.

Postage/courier/delivery costs will be agreed (and at your cost) in due course.
